1. Introduction
QuotaX ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
QuotaX is an AI-powered sports prediction service provided for entertainment purposes only. We do NOT handle real money, we are NOT a bookmaker, and we do NOT facilitate any form of betting.

2. Data We Collect
- Email — when you sign in with Google or Apple (with Sign in with Apple you may use a private relay address).
- Name and profile picture — if provided by the sign-in provider.
- Account identifiers — an internal user ID and, for Sign in with Apple, the Apple identifier, used to authenticate you and manage your session.
- Device push token — to deliver the notifications you have authorized.
- Subscription status and history — via RevenueCat and the App Store. We never receive your card or payment details.
- Usage / interaction data (sections visited, features used, product events), via PostHog.
- Content generated in the app — followed slips, simulated predictions, badges, referral code, and the text you send to the AI Copilot.
- Diagnostic data — crash and performance logs, device model, OS and app version (via Sentry), without including data that personally identifies you.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Card, banking or financial data.
- Geographic location (precise or coarse).
- Contacts / address book.
- Photos or videos, camera, microphone.
- Health data or special categories of sensitive data.
- External browsing or search history.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA): no cross-app tracking, no third-party advertising, and no tracking prompt (ATT).
4. How We Use Data
- Provide and improve the AI predictions and the AI Copilot.
- Manage your account, sign-in and subscription.
- Send push notifications, if you have authorized them.
- Product analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it.
- Ensure stability, security and abuse prevention.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent or share your data for commercial purposes. We rely on the following providers (data processors), each for a specific purpose:
- Google — sign-in via Google Sign-In.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchase management (App Store).
- RevenueCat — subscription management and synchronization.
- PostHog (servers in the European Union) — product usage analytics.
- Sentry — crash and performance reporting.
- Expo (and Apple APNs) — delivery of push notifications.
- OpenAI — processing of the text you send to the AI Copilot.
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails (e.g. welcome email).
Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities only where required by law.
6. AI Copilot
When you use the AI assistant, the text of your request is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the response. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your messages.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — account creation, service delivery and subscription management.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — security, diagnostics and product analytics.
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) — sending push notifications (withdrawable at any time).
8. International Transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions).
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your account. When your account is deleted, the associated data is erased. We may keep aggregated, anonymous statistics and information for as long as required by legal obligations.
10. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app Profile, or by contacting us. This feature complies with App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Art. 17 GDPR (right to erasure).

12. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, access control and monitoring.
13. Minors
QuotaX is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we delete it immediately.
14. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated over time. In case of material changes, we will provide notice through the app or other appropriate channels. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this policy.
