1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the QuotaX application, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
QuotaX is an AI-powered sports prediction application. The service provides analysis, statistics, and forecasts about sporting events strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
3. Age Requirements
To use QuotaX you must be at least 18 years old. By registering you declare you are of legal age in your country of residence.
4. User Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans and Subscriptions
QuotaX offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Elite) in the form of auto-renewable subscriptions. The title, duration and price of each plan are clearly shown in the app and on the store page (App Store / Google Play) before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for an equivalent period, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal amount is charged within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your store account settings (App Store / Google Play), after purchase.
- Any free trial or introductory offer is shown in the app: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe to the corresponding paid plan.
- You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app.

6. Limitation of Liability
QuotaX provides predictions based on data and AI algorithms. We do NOT guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the predictions. The user uses the provided information at their own risk.
QuotaX is not responsible for any financial losses arising from the use of the information provided by the app. Betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
7. Intellectual Property
All app contents (algorithms, design, texts, logos, graphics) are property of QuotaX and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Fair Use
The user agrees NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Manipulate or abuse the referral system
- Resell or redistribute the app's contents
- Use bots or automated systems
9. Responsible Gaming
QuotaX promotes responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to contact the support services in your country. The app is an informational tool and should not be used as the sole basis for betting decisions.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated over time. In case of material changes, we will provide notice through the app or other appropriate channels. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union regulations. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions protecting them remain unaffected. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
