1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the QuotaX application, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
QuotaX is an AI-powered sports prediction application. The service provides analysis, statistics, and forecasts about sporting events strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
3. Age Requirements
To use QuotaX you must be at least 18 years old. By registering you declare you are of legal age in your country of residence.
4. User Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans and Subscriptions
QuotaX offers free and paid plans (Pro, Elite). Prices and features are displayed in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your store settings (App Store / Google Play).
6. Limitation of Liability
QuotaX provides predictions based on data and AI algorithms. We do NOT guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the predictions. The user uses the provided information at their own risk.
QuotaX is not responsible for any financial losses arising from the use of the information provided by the app. Betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
7. Intellectual Property
All app contents (algorithms, design, texts, logos, graphics) are property of QuotaX and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Fair Use
The user agrees NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Manipulate or abuse the referral system
- Resell or redistribute the app's contents
- Use bots or automated systems
9. Responsible Gaming
QuotaX promotes responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to contact the support services in your country. The app is an informational tool and should not be used as the sole basis for betting decisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent court of jurisdiction.
