How do I create an account?
You can sign in directly from the app with Google or with Sign in with Apple. No password is required.
How do I delete my account?
In the app Profile you will find the "Delete account" option. Deletion is permanent and removes the data associated with your account.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store. Open your account settings on the App Store or Google Play and turn off auto-renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
How do I restore purchases?
On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchases" to reactivate a subscription already purchased with the same store account.
How do AI predictions work?
Predictions are analyses generated by an artificial intelligence model, for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guarantees of any outcome: QuotaX is not a bookmaker and does not handle real money or betting.
How do notifications work?
Push notifications are optional. You can enable or disable them from the notification settings in the app and from your device system settings.
What should I do if I experience a technical issue or a bug?
Write to support@quotax.bet describing the problem and, if possible, your device model and app version. We will help you as soon as possible.
